Light weight but strong, the improved Aluminator™, weighing in at just 25 lbs., now has the same new features offered on the improved Excali-Bar®. The Aluminator™ is built primarily of marine and aircraft grade aluminum alloy, with steel used in critical areas to minimize wear. Demco Tow Bars are designed withour cumbersome levers or handles that are supposed to release binding pressure when unhooking. The Wrench a patented quick release tool makes unhooking the tow bar safe and easy. Safety cables are included with all Demco Tow Bars. Newly designed Gold Lock Collar is sealed to keep out dirt, grime and moisture. The Gold Lock Collar slides easier and requires less maintenance. A silent hitch pin is included to help stabilize your solid shank to your receiver giving you a solid, noise-free, theft deterrent towing system. Unless you’re looking for it, you probably won’t see it. Demco believes baseplates should be “…accessible, but not visible.” Demco Baseplates are designed specifically to respect the beauty and design of your vehicle. On most vehicles, they won’t protrude out, hang below or rise above your bumper or grill. Bolts permanently to the chassis of the towed vehicle and provides a secure, reliable attachment point for all Demco Tow Bars. Hook-up to a Demco baseplate is easy. Two attaching pins with quick pins and two coiled safety cables with safety hook retainers.

The Universal Wiring Kit contains the components necessary to wire cars or trucks for towing behind a motorhome. Prevents electrical feedback and protects both vehicles’ electrical systems. The kit come with step-by-step instructions, 30’ molded 4-wire with connections, 6’ molded 4-wire with connections, 3’ plastic wire loom, ring terminal, wire connectors, cable ties and 4 Hy-Power diodes.
