- Is exhaust gas a concern when using the JuiceBox generator? Just like any internal combustion engine, while the JuiceBox is vented and externally mounted, it does produce lethal carbon monoxide. Therefore, read, understand, and follow all instructions provided with the JuiceBox assembly. Always use a carbon monoxide alarm in your RV. Do not operate any generator inside any building.
- How do I prevent damage from steep driveways? The angle of departure is maximized by the raised deck of the JuiceBox. The centerline of the hitch inlet must be more than 11� above a level street. Consult a professional hitch installer to minimize potential damage from driving up sharp angles. Full generator power installed by your dealer in minutes.
- Advisory: JuiceBox is designed for use with properly installed Class III or Class IV receiver style. Receiver hitch installation subject to warranty and towing guideline requirements of vehicle (RV and automotive) manufacturers.
- While we try to offer our customers FREE FREIGHT, when an item is shipped via Freightliner and shipped to a HOME address, there is an additional fee that is incurred. To avoid the possibility of the freight company asking for this fee upon delivery, we collect it up front. To avoid this fee, please have your freighted item delivered to a business address.
- Doesn't come with the starting battery due to shipping restrictions. You will need to buy Your own starting battery. It does have the battery box and hold-downs.
- Juicebox not recommended for use with travel trailers or fifth wheels less than 26 feet or under 6000 pounds GVW.
- Use short landing gear legs when center line of receiver hitch inlet is less than 15” above level street surface.
