Introducing the next generation in towing technology! Reese quick-loading ball mounts feature a revolutionary, angle-cut design which provides a quick and easier connection to the receiver. All bars meet or exceed SAE J684 and V-5 specifications. The steel material used to make the draw bar is hot roll and tapered to control the molecular structure in the steel to give it the desired strength and flexibility. It is then applied a durable powder coat and black paint finish for a long lasting and attractive appearance.
This Quick Loading Ball Mount has a 1 inch diameter shank hole. The distance from the center of the ball hole to the center of the pin hole is the length. The distance from the top of the shank to the top of the ball platform is the rise. The drop is the distance from the top of the shank to the top of the ball platform. These Class III and IV weight caryying ball mounts have the capacity to handle 600 to 6,000 pounds. Only the 14-1139 Ball Mount can handle 500- 5,000 pounds of capacity.
