Atwood electronic ignition water heaters offer both convenience and safety. A simple flip of the switch from inside the coach turns the water heater on or off. Atwood water heaters operate on L.P. gas. Models with heat exchangers safely transfer otherwise wasted energy from the engine cooling system to the water heater during travel. When you arrive at your destination, hot water is available immediately. You save energy, time and money!
Some additional features include; 95% of all serviceable components are accessible through the exterior door. This reduces service time and virtually eliminates the need for service personnel to enter your coach. Problems are prevented with the high temperature limit switch, thermostat, and pressure and temperature relief valve. An externally sealed combustion chamber keeps the outside of the unit clean. All 6 and 10 gallon models can be mounted flush into the RV sidewall for an integrated, attractive appearance. 6 gallon models fit into a single 12 5/8 inches by 16 ¼ inches cutout size. 10 gallon models fit into a single 15 5/8 inches by 16 1/4 inches cutout size. The aluminum clad tank makes this product lighter and the cladding eliminates the need for an anode rod. |
