The Standard Add-A-Room by Carefree of Colorado has lots of features and the right price. Sewn-in privacy panels are completely reversible and can be held down on windy or rainy days with Velcro fasteners (included). The three foot zippered door can be located on either end of the room. Sturdy size panel support rafters with brackets provide a better, stronger seal because room does not attach to the awning canopy. No flimsy crutch tips that can dent or damage your coach. Room is completely reversible - privacy panels can be on the inside for convenience or outside for best rain protection. Includes reinforced grommets, nickel-plated twist fasteners and a storage bag.
Also available is a Snapless Side Upgrade Kit from Carefree. These upgrade your room side panels for a better seal. No more permanently mounted twist fasteners on your coach. Attaches to side panel and includes adjustable mounting pole and a dual rubber seal. Rubber seal is held to the side of the coach with an adjustable aluminum rafter. Kit can be assembled to adjust to the full range of mounting points from a minimum of 63'' to a a maximum of 85''. Sets up fast! Must be ordered separately. |

- Standard Add-A-Room and Add-A-Room LTD, always measure 1'-6" shorter than stated size. Stated room sizes correspond to awning sizes. To purchase a full size room for an 18' awning, order an 18' Add-A-Room, which will measure 1'-6" shorter, or 16'6". This allows the awning canopy to overhang the Add-A-Room at each end. You can also select a room that is any size shorter than the full length of your awning, for example a 14' room for a 20' awning (actual room would be 12'6" long).
- Carefree of Colorado cannot guarantee a 100% seal due to variations in installation and RV sidewall contours. Add-A-Rooms listed are for full-size roll-up awnings only. Fits Carefree Spirit FX, Fiesta, Simplicity or A&E, Carter & Faulkner models.
- These parts are not shippable via UPS due to their size and must be shipped via truck freight.
- Awnings are special order and are non-returnable.
- Please refuse shipment if part appears damaged.
