| Product NOTES - Read these: | - 1. Actual Screen Room always measures 1'-6" shorter than stated size. Stated sizes correspond to awning sizes. To purchase a full size room for an 18' awning, order an 18' Screen Room, which will measure 1'-6" shorter, or 16'-6". This allows the awning canopy to overhang the room at each end. You can also select a room that is any size shorter than the full length of your awning, for example a 14' room for a 20' awning (actual room would be 12'-6" long).

- 3. While Carefree screen enclosures are the best you can buy, and help keep the bugs out, Carefree cannot guarantee a 100% seal due to variations in installation and RV sidewall contours.
